Introduction to Roping (Roping 101)

Are you learning how to rope a calf or have you ever wanted to learn? Do you have a passion for roping events, but do not know where to start? Join Stewart County Riding Club as we welcome our very own Katie Corley! Katie will be holding an Intorduction to Roping Clinic on November 5, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. to 4:00P.M
Here, participants will learn:
-about the parts of a rope
-how to properly care for your rope
-how to properly hold the rope
-how to aim and throw the rope.
And practice with others who have a passion for learning!

Registration is $50,
$25 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Participants must pay the full fee the day of the clinic.

Participants will be required to bring their own rope and roping glove. Please wear closed toed shoes for this event. Horses will not be needed for this clinic.
